White Mountain Cottage Tofu Salad!

This stuff is awesome. We ate it as a dip with tortilla chips. We liked it so much that we tried to make our own using the ingredient list as a guide. It was pretty tasty, but not as good. Demand that your local health food store carry White Mountain products. I've posted about their awesome Wheat Roast before, I think. I'm a big fan, grandma.
