Check the Motherfuckin' Bias.


my dad got me this totally amazing hand-wired Road brand bass amp. made in kansas in the 70's, this bad boy will be pumping low-end on everything from now on. solid-state analog is the best. sorry for the terrible pic, the light was bad.

So I thought that the belts might be a little loose in my new Tascam 122, as I was getting a little WoW and flutter. I already ordered new belts, because I'm a dope. However, I spent about an hour today calibrating and biasing it, and it's operating perfectly. I love it SO much. It has Dolby NR+HX (headroom expansion, baby!), and the mixdown playback actually sounds BETTER than the source mix. I'm amazed. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this deck. Superior recording and playback will ensue.
