A Rice Milk Cappuccino?



Has anyone had any luck making a GOOD rice milk capp? Am I the only one that finds it nearly impossible to get a good head of foam off this watery brew? Let me know if I'm alone here. It's one of two things: rice milk just doesn't foam well, or I'm not nearly as good at this as I think I am. Soy makes a fine capp, and almond milk does OK, but rice is balls, son. Also, I think that rice milk tastes sort of poopy. Chocolate Rice Dream is fine just to drink, but it's so fucking thin. Email me if anyone has any tips.
