Issac and I went record shopping yesterday.



The Sweet are my favorite major label 70's Power Pop band. They're sort of like a low rent Queen. They're what Cheap Trick should be, but just aren't. I'll never understand why CT were so much more popular, because they're really not very good. Most Sweet albums are OOP, so I was please to find this one that I don't have.



Like Genesis? Then you like The Strawbs too. Not nearly as great as the Gen or Gentle Giant, but still pretty good. On the level of Soft Machine, but with more structured songs. Also like if the Moody Blues weren't all shitty.



I've been looking for this for a while since my dad played me a CD copy of it he checked out from the library. It's fucking great. Now I just need to find volume 1.
