Sweet New Yamaha Portable Recorder



The sweet new Yamaha Pocketrak 2G is the only cool thing I've seen from this year's NAMM show. Of course, my dad is out in LA basking in all the new gear glory while we're stuck here in the freezing cold North Texas winter.

It's a 2 gig, super slim handheld CD quality stereo recorder, and I want it. It's so beautiful. Knowing Yamaha, it's horridly expensive, the interface won't work right, and it will break the second time you use it. Yamaha should send me a free one. My dad should at least swing by the Yamaha booth and check it out for me.
