I am the guacamole master.
I have the biggest boner for the guacamole I made. There is so fucking much of it I can't even tell you, easily enough for 8-12 people. I plan on eating it for days. It's the best gauc I've ever had, and should you want to make it I've provided the recipe (thanks to meg for the transcription):
"Guac to the Future"
6 medium mexican Haas avocadosDice tomatillos, onions and peppers. Scoop flesh of all six avocados into a large bowl. Add lemon juice and salt. Mash with a potato masher until creamy. Add diced veg and mix well. Pepper to taste.
1 large or 3 small tomatillos
1 medium white onion
2 seeded serrano peppers
10 mild seeded jalapeƱos
juice of 5 limes
salt and pepper to taste
Eat with many, many, many tortilla chips.
